Project objective
Digitization of the process of issuing administrative decisions
The Office of Technical Inspection (UDT) needed a solution that would enable faster and more efficient performance of current tasks, increase the comfort of inspectors’ fieldwork and shorten the process of issuing administrative decisions.
The new system was to allow remote authorization of protocols and decisions, while maintaining a high level of data security. It was also to be integrated with the UDT.gov.pl portal, which is used to communicate with clients and provide them with efficient access to the full offer of the office.

Facilitating and fast-tracking the work of the Office of Technical Inspection
UDT inspectors have gained full mobility and the possibility to use the qualified electronic signature in any place and at any time, regardless of whether they work on a tablet, smartphone or laptop. This way they can sign electronic documents right after the inspection is completed and send them directly to the UDT.gov.pl portal. The new system reduced the time of preparation and transfer of documentation to just a few minutes and eliminated the necessity of printing it.
