Instant digital decisions
Digitization of the process of issuing administrative decisions
The Office of Technical Inspection (UDT) needed a solution that would enable faster and more efficient performance of current tasks, increase the comfort of inspectors’ fieldwork and shorten the process of issuing administrative decisions.
The new system was to allow remote authorization of protocols and decisions, while maintaining a high level of data security. It was also to be integrated with the UDT.gov.pl portal, which is used to communicate with clients and provide them with efficient access to the full offer of the office.
Implementation of Asseco security and trust products and services
The solutions developed by Certum in compliance with eIDAS regulations served to digitize the process of issuing administrative decisions.
The project included:
Facilitating and fast-tracking the work of the Office of Technical Inspection
UDT inspectors have gained full mobility and the possibility to use the qualified electronic signature in any place and at any time, regardless of whether they work on a tablet, smartphone or laptop. This way they can sign electronic documents right after the inspection is completed and send them directly to the UDT.gov.pl portal. The new system reduced the time of preparation and transfer of documentation to just a few minutes and eliminated the necessity of printing it.
Higher quality of customer service for UDT customers
Increased staff efficiency
Shorter time of waiting for post-inspection decisions by institutions
Greater interest in the UDT.gov.pl portal
Reduction in paper workflow by 12%
Reduction of processing and archiving costs
“The implementation of mobile Asseco Data Systems solutions in the UDT application environment has accelerated the digital transformation of the entire organization. We are trying to enlarge the area of electronization with further important processes in the organization.
Most of our employees now have a digital signature, and it is from them that ideas for digital changes in the organization are coming out more and more often.”
